I love a great Japanese restaurant but all of the good ones like Tsuki located on Fullerton are closing suddenly. Can anyone suggest a great Japanese spot like Tsuki and/ or tell me why the good ones continue to close?Why are so many great Japanese restaurants in Chicago, IL closing?
Unfortunately it's a horrible economy right now and places can't keep up with the rent.
