My daughter, 21 in November, will be a student in Chicago this year. She is an experienced waitress, having worked in alcohol-serving restaurants for the past three years. Is there a minimum age limit for waitressing in Chicago?Is there an age limit to waitress at Chicago restaurants?

in my friends job, they have to be 19 to serve alcohol. it really depends on the place and their guidelines.but to be a waitress you have to be at least 18
I did work at a place where we had to serve the drinks for one waitress who was a minor but it was such a hassell he let her go
