Hey, does anyone know any nice Restaurants in Chicago?

I'm spending some time in Chicago with my relatives and for their warm wellcome I want to take them for nice Dinner, but the problem is they have 3 little kids, so it's got to be family friendly resturant. Please help!Hey, does anyone know any nice Restaurants in Chicago?
It depends on where in the city you are thinking of...and how nice of a dinner you're wanting to have.

There a lot of family-friendly restaurants downtown that can be fun for everyone.

Buca di Beppo can be a lot of fun for everyone; it is a chain restaurant but it never fails, especially for a group. Its family style so you can order multiple entrees and share them. Its not too fancy and right off of Michigan Avenue so you can get your shopping in too. :)

Another chain that could be a good choice in the Cheesecake Factory. Although it does get a little loud when it's busy.

I also agree with the suggestion of Maggianos - it is italian food and has always been good - some portions are also on the larger size so they can also be shared (for the kids).

South Water Kitchen is located across from the River so it is also a great location downtown if you are out and about. They also have lots to keep kids busy with (crayons, etc) and a kids menu.

I would stay away from places like Bennigans just because my experience with service and quality has usually been more a frustration than enjoyable.

Hope this helps!!
Use this to find what kind of restaurant you are looking for.

One resteraunt I know of that isn't too fancy but is a lot of fun for the whole family is Ed Debevic's.
Oh man. Geno's East deep dish for sure. I go every time I'm in town. Wonderful pizza and you can write on the walls.Hey, does anyone know any nice Restaurants in Chicago?
Try the Italian Village, there are 3 restaurants located in the same building. Here is the web site.
