Are there any restaurants in Chicago that serve Strawberry Shortcake?

I have a friend from San Diego looking for some strawberry shortcake. I have never had it but I need to find it in Chicago or somewhere in Illinois.Are there any restaurants in Chicago that serve Strawberry Shortcake?

I can't speak for their desserts but their Steaks are as good as it gets. For $12 their strawberry shortcake better be damn good too!



If you're not looking to break the bank, try Portillo's Famous Chicago Hot Dogs. It has strawberry shortcake on the menu, though I have never had it before, but their other desserts and their hot dogs are great.

I dont believe Eli's has Strawberry Shortcake or atleast I never seen it when I go to the store... Oberweiss which is an ice cream place serves a very good Strawberry Shortcake Icecream which has Shortcake, strawberries and then ice cream on topAre there any restaurants in Chicago that serve Strawberry Shortcake?
