Specific Chicago Restaurants that are Great?

Hi I am a true Chicagoin and I was wondering if anybody would recommend any good restaurants that are good,only located in chicago.They can be vegetarian rest,indian food whatever,as long as it's good,you may also recommend the dish that you like.Also does anyone know of a type of restaurant where you sit indian style on the floor and eat with your hands?I believe its called thai.

There are a few Thai restaurants where you sit on the floor "Indian style" such as Thai Classic on Clark. If you want to eat with your hands, go to an Ethiopian restaurant.Specific Chicago Restaurants that are Great?
