The Cheesecake Factory at the base of the Hancock Tower would be good for your party.

They have an extensive menu, not too expensive, large place, great design and it is right across the street from Water Tower Place
I agree with Ed Debevics! Its perfect for that age group and sooo much fun!

They are all expensive, even the breakfast restaurants.
Hah, Good luck. There is a Thai restaurant I love to go to but it's 10-15 min. from navy pier. It's not too bad about $30.00 per person on average.
