I have a wonderful place for you --- Harey Carey's Restaurant. I just visited my family in Chicago not too long ago and we ate there. It was my first time there but I've heard of it before because they receive all sorts of praise for their award winning steaks, garlic mashed potatoes, sirloin, seafood, etc. It truly was a blessing eating there. I don't really even like steak but I ordered a New York strip steak with peppercorn seasoning and almost fainted from how heavenly it tasted. You should really check out there website. I don't know for a fact but I would check out The French Quarter in the Palmer House.

I would check out Ditka's for Christmas Eve. I go there for lunch mostly, but dinner occasionally its fun and they have great food.

Uno's pizza has the best pizza in the world. Even though there isn't a band inside the resturant it isn't far from Rush Street.

Chicago's Chop House in the Loop Area. It serves steak, fish and seafood. It is very elegant and they also serve fine wine. The prices start at $20.00 but the food is fantastic and it has a very comfortable atmoshpere.
