A friend of mine is a vegetarian and I would like to introduce her to the wonderful explosion of deliciousness that is pho. Does anybody know of a Vietnamese restaurant in Chicago that has good pho chay (vegetarian pho)? there has to be at least one place in argyle that has good pho chay. I would suggest going to the place where you get what you think is the best pho and ask that it be made vegetarian. I would think it would not be a problem as Vietnam has a very large vegetarian population.Best place to get vegetarian pho in Chicago?
