It's not in the new cookbook they just published.Does anyone have a recipe for the creamy garlic dressing they served at the Berghoff restaurant in Chicago?
There is a book that has it:

I like this one:
Mediterranean Grill`s Creamy Garlic Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
8 ounces cold water
24 ounces vegetable oil
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dry mint
1 teaspoon lemon salt
Directions:
Put all ingriedients into blender and whip until the dressing is a creamy white color. If dressing is a little more watery than creamy, slowly add more oil through the top of blender while it is whipping. Makes 32 oz.
