Any ideas for a romantic restaurant in Chicago to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary?

We would like to have a nice evening out to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. Looking for more of a traditional cuisine, no sushi/ultra-trendy food. Also looking for something to do before or after dinner. Any suggestions would be helpful. We are a young couple - under 30. Thanks in advance.Any ideas for a romantic restaurant in Chicago to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary?
One-sixty blue - 160 N. Loomis, Chicago (American Contemporary with a dash of French)

Specialties : Pan roasted salmon, Delmonico steak, pepper crusted ahi tuna, beef tenderloin

Jordan (yes Michael) is a silent partner and the food is excellent. It is American-French cuisine, but you can still get your steak and potatoes if you like.

Before of After

Carriage ride down Michigan Avenue would be nice, or try to get a room at the Fairmont Hotel and set up an appointment with the day spa that they have there (massage, manicure, pedicure).

That was what my wife and I loved to do for our anniversary when we lived in Chi-town. Now we are in Maryland....man I miss it there.
the cheesecake factory. great food and very nice environment.

I enjoy going there with my husband and we are both young.Any ideas for a romantic restaurant in Chicago to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary?

I suggest a horse carriage ride downtown and then go to a good restaurant.
