Where is a romantic resteraunt in chicago?

I am looking for a romantic restaurant in Chicago or surrounding suburbs that is EXTREMELY romantic perferably with candlelight dinners. I want quiet and dark and comfy. It is for our first wedding anniversary and I want it to be special.Where is a romantic resteraunt in chicago?
What kind of food? I think The Capitol Grille is romantic, as is Sullivan's - both steak.

The Rosebud in Little Italy is nice as well.

Keefer's is a bit glitzier romantic.

Avenues is about as EXTREMELY as you'll get, but you pay for it.
Cafe Spiaggia at Oak Street and Michigan Avenue is perfect. It's the same kitchen as the Spiaggia restaurant but for about half the price (though still probably a $250 meal). It's quiet, dark, and intimate with a fantastic wine and beer selection. The food is phenomenal and they'll plan your menu for you in advance if you have special dietary needs. I recommend making a reservation for that purpose.Where is a romantic resteraunt in chicago?
McDonald's....try the Happy Meal. It's amazingm plus you get a toy.
Try Gejas Cafe in Lincoln Park, it serves fondue and is nice with the Flamenco music and the wine list is very good. Can get very crowded tho and NO reservations after 6pm.

Another nice place is Cafe La Cave in Rosemont, nice menu and some table-side prepared dishes such as Steak Diane. It is built like a cave, dark, romantic especially the bar area vs the restaurant, very upscale and something different.Where is a romantic resteraunt in chicago?
Hands down.. Everest. It is on the 40th floor of one financial place, the board of trade building. It has a completely breathtaking view. White table clothes, dim light chandeliers, tuxedoed, and the best French food in the city.
Try the Grand Lux Cafe on Michigan, ask for a booth by the window. Really nice especially at night.
