My boyfriend went to Cite last September. Fantastic view. It's on the 70th floor of the Lake Point Tower. It's very nice inside as well. The food was okay. I wished we had tried the tasting menu. The cheese course however was fantastic!!!!

Signature Room at the 95th (the John Hancock) is great too.
One Sixtyblue is cool too.
Check out metromix.com or citysearch.com, there are some good choices. Those are a few of my fav.
The Melting Pot, but make reservations ASAP! They fill up fast.
It's a fondue restaurant and the whole experience is rather fun and romantic.
