What are some worth while 5 star restaurants in Chicago?

Myself and some friends are heading to second city in Oct...we're looking for a good 5 star sit down. Money isn't an issue, just want to say we did it....any suggestions? Preferably a steak house, American cuisine, or comparable.....What are some worth while 5 star restaurants in Chicago?
