Try Fulton's on the River (315 N. LaSalle, 312-822-0100). It has a great view of the river (if you couldn't tell by the name, ha ha...), and the view of the drawbridges and buildings in that area make for a fantastic dining experience. The food there is spectacular as well.

I would probably say that the Odyssey Cruise is incredibly special and has the most breath-taking view of the city! The boat cruises around Lake Michigan and you get many different, beautiful views the the city. You also get a 4-course meal, get to dance, and experience great guest service! The Signature Lounge? It's just one floor above the Signature Room.
I would have to say inside the Hancock Tower.

The signature room for sure. But, if you sit somewhere street level in the gold coast, you'll get a good view of the city. Especially during the holidays.
