Do you know any restaurants in Chicago that have private rooms for only two people?

I want to surprise someone special...Do you know any restaurants in Chicago that have private rooms for only two people?
The Italian Village has a restaurant on the second floor that has tables set into alcoves. There are curtains that can be drawn for even more privacy. (Please just remember you are in a public restaurant!) The food is good and the price is not outrageous.

I am sure there are others but you can't go wrong with a place that is almost as old as the city itself.
