If you mean top 100 bands, the only non-concert, restaurant kind of place with acts at that level is probably the House of Blues. If you mean just house bands that play top 100 hits there are places all over the city. Try looking up Wrigleyville restaurants. There are tons of restaurants and bars in Wrigleyville with pop bands.
