Get a table by the fireplace at Santorini in Greektown. Order a nice dinner with good Greek wine. Then walk down the street for a yummy chocolate dessert at one of the Greek bakeries...then across the Kennedy for a carriage ride around the park.
Gejas. It is a fondue restaurant, that has cozy booths for intimate couples. A guy goes around playing classical guitar. It is known as a place for "popping the question."Where is the most romantic restaurant in Chicago?

Don't limit yourself to the city! there are wonderful places to consider in the burbs. My hubby and I just celebrated our 26th anniversary at Tallgrass in Lockport. And let me tell you, I would put it up against most of the upper end establishments in Chi-town. And the prices are way more reasonable. Check out their website. If you go, ask to be seated in the lower level dining room. Very small and cozy.

The signature room at John Hancock because you can overlook the lake on a really clear starry night.
