Im taking my boyfriend out for his birthday. I would like to go somewhere cozy and romantic, with authentic Italian cuisine. Any suggestions? What is a good authentic Italian restaurant in Chicago?
I like the Italian Village. There are three restaurants in the building. The one on the second floor has some tables that are set into alcoves and you can draw the curtains for even more privacy. Nice lighting and the food is very good.

Taylor Street is the place to go. There are many authentic restaurants. Why not go to one of the most famous?
