most of the hotel restaurants will be open. my favorite is a spanish tapas place called mercat a la planxa, it's at south michigan and balbo. not sure what kind of food you're into, but check out opentable.com for everything that's open.

As your going thru there will be so many restaurants . Don't know which way your coming thru and don't know the restaurants schedule for the Holiday But I am sure you will find alot of them open.
