What are some of the best romantic "hidden gem" restaurants in Chicago? Preferably not downtown.?

I've always enjoyed Geja's Cafe (http://www.gejascafe.com/). Romantically lit, with live music, it's a great place for a date. The fondue also makes for a long diner together. What are some of the best romantic "hidden gem" restaurants in Chicago? Preferably not downtown.?
One of the responders beat me to it with the answer. Go to Gejas. Without a doubt it is romantic, dark, cozy. I know they have live music not sure on which nights. Plus afterwards you can either go for a stroll in the neighborhood (Lincoln Park West) or for a carriage ride. Try it!!

There's a great Italian restaurant on the North side called Sabatino's. They have these private little booths for two that are very romantic. The food is excellent and you will definitely be full by the time you leave!
The backroom at Rosebud on Taylor St.What are some of the best romantic "hidden gem" restaurants in Chicago? Preferably not downtown.?
RoseAngelis - a terrific romantic Italian restaurant in a residential neighborhood on the north side.
I like Mia Francescas. The Signature Room is romantic too - like being on top of the world. But I love Websters WIne Bar which is not downtown.
