I know that Tru does, and Tru is still the best meal I've ever had. The 3 1/2 hour plus degestation is unbelievable. You can't go wrong there, but you could have to wait a month or more for a reservation at the chef's table. (The table is in the kitchen, and in addition to the meal the chefs talk to you, explain the food and give you samples of what they're cooking all night. It's an all night experience, expect 4 or more hours but probably around $200 per person with wine.) A once in a lifetime meal.What are some restaurants in chicago that have a chef table?
