Have a wonderful trip. :-)Russian/lithuanian restaurants and stores in Chicago, IL?
I have to say there are really no European restaurnats downtown, except the Tea room already mentioned.

In order to find this food you would have to travel either to the northside or the southwest side. I live near Midway airport and it is a mostly Polish community. We have Bobak's over on Archer ave near Kostner. It is a buffet, is EXCELLENT and cost about $8 per person. There are also various Lithuanian/Polish delis in the area. Bobaks has one, plus a full grocery store, attached to the restaurant.

There is also the only Lith museum Iknow of right in this area too. It is Balzekas museum of Lith culture. Enjoy your trip!!
