The Chicago Tribune just did several articles about lobster. Check out the paper's web site.
I think you should make them yourself. At under $13.00 a pound they are affordable and a pretty easy dinner to make.
Lobster can be done boiled, steamed or grilled. Easiest is boiled.
I would do a Chowder as a starter.
Lobster, boiled red potatoes, some corn on the cob(this time of year I wouldn't bother with the corn) maybe some steamer clams if you can find them.
Dessert an apple crisp or go for something chocolate. Is there any seafood restaurants in south chicago suburbs that prepare whole lobster or stuffed lobsters?
