I think the Odyssey Cruise would be fun.
Check out http://www.restaurant.com and search Chicago for the listing of Odyssey Cruise. Right now if you purchase the coupon through Restaurant.com and put in the code "meal" when you check out they will deduct 80% so the $25.00 coupon becomes $2.00.
Make sure the coupon is valid for the day you want to use it. Some coupons are not valid on weekends.
The coupons they have are in $25.00 and $50.00 amounts.
If you use a Discover Card you can go through the Discover Card site to partner vendors and restaurant.com is one. If you get the coupon through the Discover site and use the code "meal" not only will you get the 80% off but Discover gives something like 20% cash back on purchases made through their partner sites. So it will save you even more.
If you don't want to do the dinner cruise there are lots of other restaurants listed and looking over the menus will give you lots of ideas.
