Good Cuban restaurants in Chicago?

I'm going to be going to chicago in the next month or so, and I was hoping to find a good Cuban restaurant somewhere, because it's my favorite type of food and the ones here - (Do we even have any?) - are rather poor. Does anyone have any firsthand experience of good cuban restaurants in chicago? (Preferrably in the downtown or hyde park area)Good Cuban restaurants in Chicago?
Hi..

Well I am from Chicago ( Currently Living in Barcelona, Spain) but if you want a nice Cuban restaurant with great food and great service. check out Cafe Laguardia! located in the wicker park neighborhood, not to far from downtown ( very easy access on the Blue Line or even by bus).. Here麓s a link to the restaurant.. Hope u enjoy your stay in Chicago and have a great time at the Restaurant....

We went there last week. Thanks for the recommendation, we all thought the restaurant to me charming and the food amazing - in fact, the best food we had on our trip. Thank you so much :)

By far the absolute best is CARNIVALE. Without a doubt this is one of the finest restaurants in the City. It has been featured on "Check Please" which is a local cable tv show that features the best restaurants in the City. The colors and decor will blow you away as will the tremendous flavor packed into each Latin Dish. You must get the Ceviche Sampler and the Rum-Glazed Pork Shoulder. Also, the best and most authentic Mojitos in the City. They come with their own wood masher to mash down the fresh mint leaves.
