Are there any good Eastern European restaurants in the downtown Chicago area?

I'm looking for Eastern European food in the downtown Chicago area. Can anyone help me?Are there any good Eastern European restaurants in the downtown Chicago area?
It's not a fancy place, but Sak's Ukranian Village on Chicago Av. serves excellent "comfort food". If you want a more elegant atmosphere , Russian Tea Time on Adams is the place to go but expect more tourists and a longer waiting time.

I can also recommend a hole-in- the-wall Lithuanian place called SEKLYCIA on 71st and California (in a Lithuanian neighborhood) . Not downtown, but the most authentic and least expensive.
