Are there any Chicago formal attire restaurants that includes dancing?

I would like to find a romantic restaurant in Chicago that requires formal wear (not semi-formal, but an evening dress) and includes dancing? I tried Charlie Trotters but i don't think there's dancing there. and plus, it's like $450 tab. eek..Are there any Chicago formal attire restaurants that includes dancing?
I don't think there is a place that fits your requirements. Hardly any restaurants require formal wear, only a handful require a jacket and these do not have dancing.

The upscale restaurants that do have dancing are typically trendy and hip, so the attire will not be formal, but chic.

Here is a list of places you could consider. Check them out on metromix.com.

Also, I don't think the Signature room has dancing and it does not require formal attire. The view is great, but for the price the food is so-so.

Nine or Narcisse - these are hip upscale places where the beautiful and trendy of Chicago go to see and be seen.

The Pump Room - old school. Frank Sinatra. A classic, and formal dress is not out of place, but not required. A bit of an older crowd.

Nacional 27 or Rumba - Latin with Salsa dancing later in the evening.

Carnivale or SushiSamba Rio - Similar to Nine or Narcisse, but maybe less formal and more club-like.Are there any Chicago formal attire restaurants that includes dancing?
