What is the name of a mexican (spanish) seafood restaurant in Chicago that serves whole red snapper?

About 6 months ago I ate at this great little mexican or spanish seafood restaurant in the City of Chicago, they had great food and I would love to go again. They served whole red snapper with spicy sauce over it. They also had wonderful cracker baskets that were on every table, fantastic margaritas, and great decorations. If I remember correctly it was located on the corner of the street. Please help! What is the name of a mexican (spanish) seafood restaurant in Chicago that serves whole red snapper?
