Fancy Restaurants in Chicago?

I will be heading to Chicago for my birthday with a male friend and would really like to go to a formal restaurant. Like a suit and tie type deal. I have a beautiful cocktail dress that I have been dying to wear so I figured a nice restaurant would be ideal. I will take any suggestions!Fancy Restaurants in Chicago?
Cite' or the signature room on the 95th floor of the handcock bldg!!
Il Mulino (www.ilmulino.com) is really good. Great Italian food plus great service. You have to try the salt crusted fish. YUMFancy Restaurants in Chicago?
Fogo de Chao. It is a Brazillian Steakhouse, but be careful, it is ala carte.

You can't go wrong at any one of these restaurants:

1.) Fogo de Chao

2.) The Signature Room - (95th floor

of John Hancock)

3.) Reva's (at Navy Pier)

4.) Gibson's
Rain forest cafe, on clark street.

I'd say: The Seasons Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel, NoMi at the Park Hyatt Hotel, Spiaggia at 900 N. Michigan Ave., Everest at the Board of Trade. Have fun!!
I recomend One Sixty Blue. It's not as touristy as some of the others and the food and service is amazing. Their Delmonico Steak will completely knock your socks off.

You will need a reservation.
