its a health code violation to bring pets inside a restraunt, with the exception of service animals.
some outdoor type restraunts "might" allow dogs, but thats up to the restraunt owner/manager's discretion.

I'm pretty sure having a dog in a restaurant would be a health code violation, so I doubt you'll find one.
