Choose it and if you can afford it, why can't it be accomplished? I wish you a God-inspired and blessed, most grand and enjoyable birthday and many, many more. Peace!
My comment is really for that vague and innappropriate response to a specific question they asked for specific restaurants and you tell them to choose for themselves. I guess In God We Trust doesn't read for comprehension.

Where to celebrate a birthday in Chicago,Illinois?I would really recommend Carnivale, a latin restaurant in River North of Chicago. The food is great, the ambiance is fabulous, and the decor is impeccable. Not to mention, the staff are attentive and very courteous. Great place to throw parties and have family and friend gatherings of any kind! Take it from me, I've been there and my experience was amazing!

Downtown the Cheesecake Factory is great place to eat at, if you and your family have a good sense humor try this place called "Dick's Last Resort" it's also a restaraunt the waitors are rude (humor only) and you can be rude back, you can throw stuff (not food or drinks) at other diners or the waitresses/waitors, it's really fun and Navy Pier is a good place to spend time with your family lots of sight-seeingWhere to celebrate a birthday in Chicago,Illinois?
